From day one the calls were noisy and I had little to no internet. You will have proof the unit did not work month one and internet and calls kept cutting..they came out and changed it. Proof of them saying this won’t change your bill but a year later an account will tell you they did a recon and this is the new amount
Ask them about the future issues you will pick up!? You could have no internet and calls and they would have to change something ask if this is at your expense Don’t call Keep emails Best to keep all emails as they are not honourable with the contract and terms
The price changes within a few months of using it
