Electrician and builder never trust

The CEO of this company, Hapson Mubandekwana Sithole, he supposed to do a construction and electrical job for us. After us paying him the agreed fee, he will find thousands of excuse, like everyone in his family passed away and he himself contacted Covid, just to make us borrow him money, when we refuse, he will stopped taking your call and stopped with the job, so now our front part of the house is demolished and no building nor electrical work has been completed.
