Veona scammers

I last ordered veona skin care range in 2020, paid R2300 cash,to these date my parcel has never arrived,I sent several emails to them,I even made enquiries with SA post office services, there is no tracking number like the one I was given.They are thieves and scammers...stay away from them,,
