Water leak
The worses service ever in my 68yr 7 month water leak plenty Emails no work done I regret the day wen I bought the property under Vereeniging Trust I am going to sell it again and never come back to the place again NO SERVICE BUT LEVY PAID EVERY MONTH NO PROBLEM 😡😡😡😡

Water leak

Please tell me why is there a guardrisk debit order on my account since I have no business of them or ever heard of them , i want my money back or I am going to open a court casw against them

Crazy and simply no service
Good day as this is now the last straw I can handle. We are renting a house from Vereeniging trust our agent I do not know if she can call herself that. We been living in our rental for 7 months now. We been getting invoices for water no power on been asking no response nice neh. In the middle of September the muncipality puts the power of been told that it's rates and taxes joke of the year. After a visit to them with a very rude receptionist also lieing to us. They inform us there is back dated water and R6000 electricity. Have a huge account now been told we can talk about paying the money for the power off. Payed rent and the back dated water and apparently some of the R6000 now today 3 October 2022 we have a R14000 power bill. And then not to mention the fact that my bathroom does not have power at all new globes and all ..... Not to mention the person staying in the back room that only pays for water and only R100 I am over this I want the owner of the houses number coz Vereeniging trust does not know what they are doing

Dont care attitute
We report, complain, beg and bribe but Eskom gives us better service than Vereeniging Trust. If something is broken and we get them to send someone to fix it the send someone incompetent and regard the matter settled even if we still report. It is time to get someone other than Vereeniging Trust to handle the sectional title administration because they just dont care.

Unacceptable loud music for the past 5 months coming from tenants
They are the property management for a building in Pretoria, I have complained about the so called person that does trampoline's music - the music is so loud, she starts at 4:30 in the morning and end at 19:30, The only time it is quiet is on a Sunday, we have complained numerous times, this morning the director's pa Marie said its not their problem I must resolve it myself!!!!! She also asked what must she do about this? This is a company is supposed to be a professional company, they are useless. When I said that I will go to social media she told me please do!!!!!!
