Estates have the potential to mess up your life - when Veritas came to the rescue we were expecting more of the same, but we received rapid replies to mails, excellent warmhearted service, and professionalism when handling to inevitable challenging bits of winding down an estate. We received amazing service at a time we really needed it. They come highly recommended!

Absolutely SHOCKINGLY BAD service from this company. They are supposed to be handling the estate of the deceased husband of a friend - looks like they have been "sub-contracted" by Old Mutual to deal with the estate - Old Mutual being the actual nominated executors), and their service and work has been TERRIBLE - they have not kept in touch with the wife of the deceased to let her know what is going on, they have constantly changed the person/s dealing with the estate, they are difficult to get hold of, they have deducted their executor fees already, but the estate is not yet fully wound up, there was a sale of a property in the deceased's estate and they have not kept control of what is happening with regard to that property, the transfer of the property (by other conveyancing attorneys), etc. STEER CLEAR!!

Terrible service, you have to wait days if not weeks for feedback, always a new problem, or suddenly the quote format is not acceptable, although it has been accepted in previous times, anything to be difficult is what you can expect from them. Just a headache to deal with them.

Our son's medical negligence Trust is with this company. First and foremost, they were recommended by the WK Attorneys without our knowledge or approval. And then their arrogance when we have challenges is shocking. The following has been our regular experience: They... 1. Are Not customer focused. 2. Are Not interested in the well-being of their clients. 3. Do not give a hoot about customer service. 4. Have no standard Operating Procedures. 5. No Accounting processes and Systems. 6. Do not get back to clients on time. 7. The Trustee is never available to clients, always on in the office; you really have to draw sweat, blood and tears to secure an appointment.
