Excellent service from Jason and Werner from Vermont Sales
I contacted Tork Craft Yesterday in connection with a faulty Battery Charger on my Impact Tool, Jason from Vermont Sales Testing Centre contacted me within one hour after I submitted my quire and arranged for a replacement charger. It is not even 24hrs later and I just received my replacement charger free of charge. To Jason and Werner from VSTC, excellent service guys.

CAT power Tools
I really am extremely disappointed in Vermont Sales who is the local agent for CAT Power Tools. Their after sales service is pathetic. I bought a DX 15 from Makro some time ago. Makro could however not source a spare battery. I contacted Vermont Sales / CAT® POWER TOOLS and was left with a promise that I would be contacted once the stock is available. It is now at least six months later and still no spare battery! On Monday this week I saw that our local MEGA Mica (Vanderbijlpark) now also stock the CAT range of power tools. They (Mica) promised that they would be able to source a DX 15 battery. Today, as could be expected from someone who values their customers, Mica phoned me to apologise and to tell me that their provider (Vermont Sales?) do not plan to import batteries for the DX 15. I think that your approach is unethical. If you plan to sell tools without the necessary back-up service then you should tell your customers up-front. CAT power Tools

Makro could however not source a spare battery. I contacted Vermont Sales / CAT® POWER TOOLS and was left with a promise that I would be contacted once the stock is available. Useless service
Dont bother contacting them with their online form .they will never get back to you on your query.same as there retailers .obviously to busy to help the public with a request .ill buy Gedore in futire

Metal Cutting Disk Breek een voudig net op.115x1.0x22.23mm
Ek maak al baie jare gebruik van Tork Craft se produk dieABR115S-2 en in die laaste week as die spinter nuwe disc nie sommer uit die bloute breek nie het daar nou vandag die binneste gedeelte van die disc sommer uit gebreek. Ek het n pak van 10 by Eenstop in Pretoria Noord gekoop en nou van die 10 is daar 5 oor. dit wil voorkom of die kwalitet van die pak up to scratch is want dit hou net een voudig nie.Ek kan dit nie terug gee aan Eenstop Bouhandelaars nie hulle gaan dit nie omruil nie want daar is sekerlik nie n waarborg op nie. Baie teleur gesteld in die produk na al die goeie jare toe dit nog goed gegaan het met die disc.

Even though they don't really supply to the public, he gave me exceptional prices and had it delivered TO MY HOME the VERY NEXT DAY! You don't get service like that anywhere else. Dale, you are a champ brother! I even got an awesome Brand Cap with my tools. Outstanding Service sir! I hope Vermont Sales looks after you as good as you look after your customers! Tork Craft sells inferior tools
This company sells a inferior product:Tork Craft 5 piece ***** extractor set(TC SE06007).Stay away from this brand as it is supposed to be strong/hardened and specially designed to allow removal of stripped *****s.I bought the set to remove a sump ***** from my Mini car to do an oil change and the extractor broke off inside the ***** i was trying to remove.Now the engine needs to be removed and the aluminium engine part needs to be replaced at tens of thousands of rands. There is just no way to remove this broken extractor and the problematic *****, everything now needs to be replaced at tremendous cost to me.

GEEN 75X510 Sander belde beskikbaar nie.
Kan nie eens n naraag met hulle treurige website indien nie.het ook geen e-mail adres nie.Ek het al my glag onderdie sogenaamde tork Craft ingedien maar hulle is nie eens gelink tot die naam nie.Blameer hulle nie.daar is geen kommunikasie met hulle nie enas hulle verderiets wil wet ,skakel my geus of verskaf my n e-mail wat werk en nie n navraag wat nie op julle website wek nie. EK WIL WEET RAKENDE N SANDER BELT VAN 75X510 WAT NIEMAND.NIEMAMD EN NIEMAND AANHOU NIE.
