Excellent service
Just a quick heads-up to Vermont sales in Midrand. I borrowed a brad nail gun from a friend of mine because I was busy revamping some beehives for him. I shot at the most 20 nails when the nailer didn't want to shoot anymore nails. To make a long story short, I searched the internet, and Pretoria and Brits, but I couldn't get a service kit for the nailer. Eventually I googled the agents for Aircraft and found out that Vermont sales in Midrand were the agents for among others AirCraft pneumatic tools. I sent them an email and asked them if they could supply me with a service kit, and what the cost will be. I got an email back from a Johan vd Walt from Vermont, and he asked me what my address is so that they can send a driver and collect the nailer, and he said that he will see if he could have the nailer fixed for me under guarantee, because of all the trouble I went to finding a service kit, and I couldn't find one. I then arranged with him for me to leave the nailer at A.J. Bolts and Nuts in Brits. They sent me a mail that the nailer is by them, with photos of the nailer, and a quote for fixing the nailer for R0.00! Wow wow wow, that is how good service works, and I just want to thank Johan and the whole team of Vermont sales in Midrand for the fantastic gesture, and well done, thanks again. #VermontSales, #AirCraft, #AJBoltsandNuts
