Vertex Ems is a ****...
Vertex Ems is a **** he hired new staff every month because they don't pay,he use his father in-law to write him letters ti suspend them because he is a lawyer, TYRON PETERSON HE USED TO WORK FOR EMS,HE IS ****.. He owes people salary for 3 month he wants them to work for free he threatened them with lawyers, after he will say Zamokuhle didn't pay he will lie for months 🙄 I'm pushing them to pay every month he comes with the story zamo that, zamo that....

Life Saving Excellent Service
We had an emergency at home whereby my elderly mom collapsed, and we called Vertex EMS and they despatched a team of excellent Paramedics. This happened in the Kempton Park area last Sunday afternoon. The guys gave us an excellent service and I wish everybody could be like. I just want to thank them for saving my mothers life. Keep up the good works!!!!

Life Saving Excellent Service
We had an emergency at home whereby my elderly mom collapsed, and we called Vertex EMS and they despatched a team of excellent Paramedics. This happened in the Kempton Park area last Sunday afternoon. The guys gave us an excellent service and I wish everybody could be like. I just want to thank them for saving my mothers life. Be very careful for this business, as they DO NOT pay for services rendered, and they use old addresses which does not exist. The Director Ona Ndala refuse to give his address where they do business from. If you complain, he block you on Facebook. Its just lies on lies all the time.

VERTEX EMS - THANK YOU SO SO MUCH
Thank you for such a service which you gave me 3 days ago, i thought i would die the shock was just too much for me after the accident but your paramedics calmed me down and assisted me and greatly. Thank you VERTEX EMS.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
We used the ambulance service last week and I am amazed with the compassion and empathy shown by the two paramedics who assisted us. They both addressed us so gently and it brought tears to my eyes. That type of professionalism is hard to come by - Keep up the good work !

MUCH APPRECIATED
Thank you to the paramedics at Vertex Ems who came to our rescue this morning after my wife got into and accident. They were fast to attend to the scene, very friendly and stayed with us until my wife was admitted to hospital. I would gladly recommend them as my ambulance/medic service of choice!

Thank you for your quick response and the way you handled my niece who was very sick really touched me, from logging the call request for ambulance transportation to the hospital was out of this world. The assistance with the medical aid problem which we had when we arrived at the hospital was superb, you managed to get the authorisation hospital codes for us with no time. Your paramedics staff handled the whole process in a professional manner. Well done and keep it up !!!
