I am extremely disappointed with this broker. Their refusal to process my withdrawal has left me frustrated and deeply dissatisfied. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, as I was unable to retrieve my funds. I feel compelled to share my grievances to warn others against falling into the same distressing situation. Despite following all their stipulated procedures and providing the necessary documentation, they unjustifiably denied my withdrawal request.
