Pathetic service
I just went to vetkoekpaleis in Bravkenfell for the first time.Hope there is cameras to show what happened.Took me 2 minutes yo decide what yo order then the ladybfrom the kitchen told the lady in the front in a different language which was conveyed to me that the kitchen closed 1 minute earlier before my decision and that I can only order till 8.30 and it was 1 minute too late.RIDICULOUS.They will never see me again.Pathetic yo say the least but the doors are still open.now at 8.38.

Nothing of nothing
Don't ever order delivery from this place if you do, you won't get all your food and you will wait 2 hours and not 1 apology either there is no manager on site or the lady that answers the phone has had no training in customer service asking you to take down her number? I don't know what to make of this? I can't call it a service I don't know if I should be mad or confused as have never in my life experienced such ****!

Vetkoek Paleis - you will be seeing us again!
Ordered for the first time, pleasantly surprised by what we received - the Einstein while average was decently priced but the Cheese burger, chips and onion ring side was AMAZING! Will definitely be ordering from them again!!

Vetkoek Paleis - you will be seeing us again!
Ordered for the first time, pleasantly surprised by what we received - the Einstein while average was decently priced but the Cheese burger, chips and onion ring side was AMAZING! Will definitely be ordering from them again!!

Horrible Food with high prices
We ordered two different meals, the Prawnie pizza and the beef feta burger, for the price, I was very disappointed! The pizza had tiny shrimp and they drenched it with seafood sauce and chilies to mask the taste, or the lack there of! The burger was dry with no sauce and the chips were oily and unappetizing! I definitely would never recommend this establishment to anyone looking for good food.

Worst food ever!!!!!
I don't even want to mark the first star, so bad was this. Could not eat it, they slapped a piece of processed cheese on it. Why would anyone think that is ok, when a customer pays. Its R35 just for the jam, so we added cheese. R10 per meal extra. We were really happy to pay, because that is the traditional vetkoek we eat once in a while. What a total disappointment!!!! I will never eat anything from them again.

Vetkoek Paleis in Brackenfell
A week ago I went to Vetkoek Paleis in Brackenfell. Craving a vetkoek since I haven't had one in a while. I ordered 2 plain vetjoeks and to my suprise looked wired and obviously not fresh! I asked if they were made that day the lady(who by the way was now rude) said yes and she was lying. I paid R30 for my order as i reluctantly took it. Actually wanted to return it but had already broken a piece in attempt to see the freshness of the vetkoek. It was a total ripoff!
