Continuous bad service and disappointments
First off, your shops are extremely dirty. Second off, no prices on half the items. Third off, almost everything is expired. I went there a few times because you know, maybe stuff would change but everytime I'm disappointed. There's a guy working there that always smells like he has a bad relationship with his shower, I think his name is johan or something, in addition to that he's extremely rude and not helpful at all. It's really disgusting going there and I don't recommend them at all.

Excellent service Vets Mart Westwood
Awesome service at vetsmart westwood I recently bought a 20kg optiwoof puppy food in error... Both my sister and I bought a bag each. I contacted Nikita at the Westwood branch and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with her. She promptly informed me that I could return the bag and purchase something else. I just told her what I needed and she had the order ready for me when I dropped by the store. Nikita is always helpful and always readily available to recommend what would be a good option for my 4 furbabies. She takes a personal interest in her customers which makes us feel more welcome to shop at the branch. Well done Nikita!

Great to have a Pet store with a wide range of products
Great range of products for most pets and priced inline with other stores, in some cases a little cheaper! Great range of Burgess Small Pet food, thanks - very hard to come by such a great selection at majority pet stores. Durbanville store staff are very friendly and helpful

Moldy dog food and no Refund
I used to buy all my dogs stuff from here. Until recently got a bad batch of Dog Food (Montego). I brought the incident to the attention of those in store, they were to speak to management etc...I've not received any feedback from them or Montego who they are passing the responsibility to. This happened 2 months ago. (I gave them enough time before writing this review. Since the initial report I've been back to the store 5 times each time talking to someone different who can only pass on messages instead of help. My logic is, they took my money they should refund me, i should not be waiting for Calls or emails from Montego.

Empty promises
I went to Vets Mart Willowbridge on 2 July 2019 and bought 2 dog beds and a dog coat, the value R2755.70 (Invoice 15550056) While I was there I asked the very friendly guy who helped me (sales person: GSC) to please check the prices of all the dog and cat food and frontline and deworming for all my pets that I buy monthly, because he tried to convince me that I would be better of buying from them as to where I buy normally. So I told him that at TAH where I do my monthly shopping for all this I get points as well. He said that they also do have a point system or a reward system. So we weighed it up and it looked like this: Vets Mart. TAH Large Breed Hills R1162.00. R1179.00 Med Breed Hills R818.00. R825.00 Exigent Mini Royal Canine R915.00. R909.00 1x12 soft cat food R172.90. R172.20 Exigent dog food 4kg for a miniture pincher R485.90. R490.00 Frontline dog large. R147.50. R152.30 Frontline dog xl R165.90. R169.50 Frontline dog small R87.90. R90.00 Frontline cats x2. R189.80 R192.20 Milbamax dog >5kg x3 R79.90. R79.90 Milbamax dog <5kg R25.90. R25.90 So my monthly expenses for my dogs and cats are R4250.70 This is without toys, treats and jackets exc. The guy who helped me assured me that he will always have what I need in stock, now that is what convinced me to change from TAH to Vets Mart. So today I went to vets Mart to go buy some of my food there today (Sales person YBE). They did not have the following: No cat toys! No 10kg Exigent cat food R915.90 No training treats for dogs ( Marltons Gourmet Rewards) No 500ml dog shampoo! No dogs Life Fox Hooded coat Large No V card points So I have bought R2755.70 on 2 July 2019 R392.90 on 8 July 2019 R2881.00 on 22 July 2019 And received absolutely NO REWARDS at all! So what exactly is the use for me to buy from Vets Mart if you do not get rewards point or stamps on a V Card AND if you must then drive all over to find the stuff that they do not have! I am very unhappy and would like a explanation! Don't ever try to convince me to change from where I normally buy to buy in the future from you if you can't keep your promises to why I must buy from you in the future! You are definatly not THAT cheaper! At least I get points at TAH! And they don't expire!
