Bad service,bad connections everything is frustrating

Bad bad service. I'm extremely angry at this company , I even want to call moja love on them. Since April my internet has been cut on and off and worst now am writing exams a day does not go by without been cut off, no explanation or response from them .I called them when they have to get back to me they ain't answering my call. I want my full.refund this month I won't be treated as if this service is free never. Am frustrated 😠
