VI DEBT RECOVERY - ILLEGAL AND UNJUST ACTIONS

They threatening to blacklist me for debt that is not owed as the contract was cancelled more than a year ago and the router was never collected. All emails and evidence of this was sent to them.The agents make uninformed decisions without fact checking . This is damaging to people and I would not suggest anyone use this agency
