Poor workmanship and misleading "warranty"

Very poor experience with John Gilbert / Vice Versa Group SA, appointed to re-epoxy my swimming pool in October 2024. John assured me that the epoxy product carried a 3-year warranty from the supplier. The supplier later confirmed this was untrue, as no paperwork, photos, or water tests were ever submitted by him to activate the warranty.

No aftercare guidance was provided (as per instructions from the supplier), which further reduced the product’s lifespan. The workmanship itself was substandard: glass beads were scattered randomly, debris was left under the coating, and epoxy soon began peeling where it had been app**** over poorly prepared surfaces.

The result is that the entire pool now needs to be redone. Proceed with extreme caution.
