Ramano took R80 000 from us and didn’t finish the job

This is a **** artist! Ramano took R80 000 as a deposit, he said that he needed it for materials. We paid the R80 000 and for three weeks he kept coming up with excuses as to why he can’t finish the job. He finally came to site but accused us of *****ing his tools (we didn’t see any tools for the three weeks that he wasn’t there so not sure how he can come up with this) and opened a case of theft against us but not having proof. We asked to give the remaining money back and Ramano’s reply he spent it on materials, we asked for receipts and he refused to give us receipts saying it’s none of our business. We went to warehouse that he had purchased from and he only spent R25000 on materials.
