Victory Shoe Store Scammers

I placed my order with Sandile Makhoba (073 255 7530) on May 20 2020 and this guy has been lying to me ever since , he has sent me videos that the shoes are out with Aramex and up to date I have received nothing. I just spoke to him now and he says that his FNB account is on hold but I paid to their Capitec account. ETA on my order confirmation was 3-5 working days.
