Fast, Friendly, Efficient and Cost Effective
As a transplant recipient I needed assistance traveling to Durban and back to Johannesburg will minimal access to people, to avoid getting ill due to a weakened immune system. Vilamora Tours is professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Their shuttle service works door to door and their vehicles are clean and spacious. Their drivers are friendly and are safe on the road. I would highly recommend you giving this service a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Vilamora Tours is professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Their shuttle service works door to door and their vehicles are clean and spacious. Their drivers are friendly and are safe on the road. I would highly recommend you giving this service a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Velamora minus 20 rating.
If there was a rating of - 15 I would rate Velamora BUS services. They should not be listed as a Luxury Bus service. There offices are closed with a chain on the thier doors and the number on the office door and thier website is invalid. There bus does not show up at the Durban Station yet they are still open for business on the bus bookings online service.

Good day Kindly assist reguarding an issue we encountered at your offices in Durban for this trip detailed on the first email. Hloniphani was advised by one of your employees that there no buses for his trip, please invistigate this incident. However we never took the name of the employee. We would appreciate it if you werr to resolve the issue with either a refund or a voucher. I have sent the email to yout offices and never got a response from you Regards, Nhlanhla Gumbi 071 978 1594

Vilamora is the worst bus service ever
This bus service deserves -10 stars, the 1st time I booked this bus the wipers were not working the 2nd time I booked for my mother at 10pm the bus never pitched it’s the following day their numbers don’t work.

Vilamora is the worst bus service ever

Useless and unproffessional bus service
Vilamora Tours has the worst service ever. I booked a bus from Idutywa to Johannesburg, the bus drove right passed us at the bus stop and did not communicate, after hours of standing in the cold, we (passengers) after many attempts to call their office with no avial we managed get whatsapp numbers from their facebook page. we whatsapped the number and they said the bus could not stop due to traffic control and that we must make means to get to Queenstown. Hours later unable to get transport to get to Queenstown I went home and communicated with the person on the whatsapp and they said I would get my full refund from JHB Park station. Once arrived, they said no they have to organise funds to refund me. It has been 8 days and I still have not recieved my refund!!!!

Vilamora bus stinking service
Stinking service ever, booked a bus with a departure at 9h40 in Durban and now it's 13h40 my kids are still waiting for the **** bus still no show. Callcentere number on voicemail the other they're not picking up. Worst worst service ever msunu yabo
