I booked a stay through booking.com it was in February I mostly communicated with Lindo Mthembu after the booking I recieved calls everyday pressuring about the payment.the agreement with booking.com was that no cancellation fee until 24th September,trip was for the 26th of October to 30th.do I felt that it is no longer safe to be receiving the calls everyday asking about the money.i decide to cancel the trip via booking .com in April come end of July I recieved a call about the booking ,from Linda Mthembu I told him that I have long cancelled the trip then he told me that booking .com did not notify them about the cancellation therefore have to pay R1669 to cancel on their side, still I was been called everyday on the 09 of August I paid that amount and send the POP then I recieved the message that I have to pay again in order to receive the cancellation letter and cannot find the owner of the establishment . They use many telephone numbers,to many account if you want to make the payment I feel ****med and not professional enough to do business with Charmaine guest house and no transparency the only person you deal with is that Linda guy I don't know if it's a **** or what
