Sometime in July 2017, I bought stone cladding material for my house and paid all the amount for quantities I required. I also paid delivery fee in full. I was promised that delivery will take place in two weeks. I waited for a month and there was no delivered. I started calling employees and they kept telling me that the Owner , certain Vincent Du Plessis is in charge of orders. I got Vincent cell numbers started calling him. The dude kept on promising to deliver but nothing happened. He kept on lying about the mines and trucks jack-knifed etc until I realized that he was not going to deliver of pay me. I then opted for a drastic step of appointing collectors to chase him for me and I got part of my delivery only yesterday. Anyone not having resources to pursue a crook buy from reputable companies and traders

HI PETER<br> PLEASE HELP!! IN MARCH/APRIL 2015 WE BOUGHT EXTRA PAVER STONES FROM THE ABOVE COMPANY FOR OUR NEW HOUSE THAT WAS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. THE QUALITY WAS SO BAD THAT AFTER A DAY OR 2, IT STARTED TO CHIP OFF. (THE ASSESSOR OF RMB PRIVATE BANK ACTUALLY ASKED ME IF WE USED SECOND HAND PAVERS) I PHONED THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND HE CAME OUT TO VIEW. HE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT IT WAS A BAD MIX AND THAT HE WOULD REPLACE IT AND SEND HIS OWN PEOPLE TO COME AND LAY THE PAVERS. TIME WENT BY, WITHOUT HEARING FROM HIM AGAIN, SO I STARTED TO CONTACT HIM VIA WHATSAPP ( SO I COULD SEE IF HE DOES GET MY MESSAGES). I COULD CLEARLY SEE THAT HE READ MY MESSAGES, BUT HE NEVER RESPONDED. I STARTED TO SEND HIM MESSAGES ON A REGULAR BASIS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN HE MADE IT SOUND AS IF HE STILL NEED TO DECIDE UPON THE MATTER - HE PROMISED QUITE A FEW TIMES TO GIVE ME HIS DESICION ON SPESIFIC DATES, BUT NEVER DID. Due to the model of my vehicle, getting this particular part was not as easy as just phoning Glasfit or PG Glass to come out and repair it for me - I had to go directly to Hyundai. The closest branch to me is the Strijdompark Branch and so I ordered and paid for the window on 2 July 2015. because I do not have the time to drop my vehicle off at Hyundai and leave it there over night for the window to be repaired, I requested that they deliver the window, this was not possible so I had to arrange Glasfit to collect, which I have to pay for. The window was supposed to arrive on the 3rd of July, which it did, but it turned out that it was the incorrect window - the right rather than the left, nobody from the work shop bothered to check the package before the Glasfit driver collected it. he had to send it back. I was not informed by anyone that the incorrect window was ordered, I had to call them to find out what the problem was. it is now the 14th of July and my window is still not repaired. I cancelled the tour a month before departure. I have been trying to get a refund out of them for over 2 weeks. Apparently the CEO is the only person that can decide on refunds and he is ALWAYS in a meeting (for 2 weeks solidly???). I understand losing the deposit amount. But what travel company does not have any refund policy at all? A month is sufficient notice I'd say. And how terrible is their service that they do not respond to any emails I send inquiring about the status of their decision, and when I phone they keep dodging the issue??? <br> This is an incredibly badly run company and their customer service is non existent. I will never even consider using this company again and I will be telling everyone I know what a bad experience I have had dealing with them. They are just interested in taking your money and cannot be bothered responding to you after that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
