To whom this may concern, My husband has been fighting a battle ever since he arrived in Cape Town. Everything was planned out very meticulously, but took a drastic turn of events when the truck company started demanding more money. A lot of money was paid to ensure the truck would be dedicated to our trip and not doing shared loads to ensure timely delivery. These people have no idea of the hell they are putting us through. A small baby of 3 months having to be moved around from place to place battling new environments everywhere he goes. His little body not knowing what is going on and being under unnecessary stress. A toddler of almost 3years having nightmares because he doesn't recognise his surroundings in the middle of the night. Not being able to play the way he is used to in a safe environment where he is comfortable. A mother fighting to keep her children calm, healthy, safe and happy to avoid more stress. Very little privacy, confusion about what to expect next. Having to struggle with things like perscription medication that was packed but only enough for the days planned, the rest on the truck that was supposed to arrive days ago. A father battling to navigate a new area, trying to settle his family and focus on his work which he was supposed to start days ago. Not knowing how this will affect his future with added stress of performance. Exhaustion taking over a family that is unfairly treated as a result of a reckless company who does not care about the consequences of their decisions to squeeze every peny even though they have no right to. Instead of arriving the 15th at 9am as discussed, they arrived 18th at night 9pm. Aside from us having to move our children to a guest house ongoing more expenses, our furniture was damaged and a lot of our belongings missing such as drill machine, grinder, bathroom rack and the list goes on. Mattress torn badly in 2 places, washing machine dented and scratched, microwave scratched, wooden kist scratched, the list goes on. Not only were they poor in communication, damaging to our property and late, they also were unprofessional, inconsiderate and unlawful. They did not wear masks, they did not use gloves and worked in flip flop shoes all of which i have proof of. These people take advantage and i wish we never crossed paths. They were paid R35 000 for their services, they wanted us to pay R4000 more or they would offload in JHB. Which ofcourse they did because of refusal to pay the R4000 which probably lead to late arrival. We did not load the trampoline, pram or as many boxes and bags as stated in inventory list, yet the fan and heater that was not on the list comes at a rediculous cost of R4000 extra which they could have just substituted for things not loaded but paid for on initial inventory. Please do not use this company. I will probably never get an apology or reimbur*****t but at least i can warn others who might go through the same.

Good day to all, This is my first time writing a review about a company. Let me explain Firstly this company is quick to do qoute and send invoices and once you pay and your stuff is picket up from your house 3 hours later they resend new invoices and tell you if you do not pay they will drop your goods off next to the road if payment is not received even though you pulled up your own inventory list and send it to them and show them what has been picket up is correct and it corresponds with the inventory list. Secondly they stated on an email they will deliver on a sertain date and then you are waiting at an empty house and they do not arrive forcing your family to sleep on floor because you can't get a hold of them. What happened to me and still carrying on at the moment. The wife and I is planning to move to cape Town in the new year 2022 On the date of 9 January 2022 Vince Africa gave us a qoute and invoice according to our inventory list. My company payed for the invoice they were seceduled to pick up on the 13 of January 2022 in the morning at 8 am they only arrived at 9 am witch already irritated me a bit but I kept my cool. They arrived and they started to pack suddenly one of the employees named James the driver told me that the wooden chest is too heavy and we need to empty it resulting in more boxes being used, i refused and told them let me show you how it's done, I'm not a strong person I'm actually normally build he was bigger than me and I lifted it alone and told him I would do it myself witch I did with half of my stuff. Then we requested special wrapping on ouer fridge and oven witch was not done and it was just carried to the truck and kinduff thrown inside. After about 5 hours all was in the truck and they left then the wife and I proceeded to my mother's house. After about 3 hours I got a secondary invoice stating that there was exstra stuff loaded and need to pay R4000 exstra I requested waht is exstra and they gave me a list and then immediately I send them the inventory list. After about 2 hours they send me a new invoice telling me that now they need R 3000 for exstra stuff that was loaded witch I disputed again but this time they harrased me by telling me that they will drop my stuff off at JHB even tou the original invoice was paid by my company. After that absurd message I decided to get my company involved and Admin did send an email to sort them out and they convermed delivery of my funiture on the 15 of January 2022 in cape Town at 9 am. When the wife and I landed in cape Town on the 14 of January 2022 I went to my father's house to relax and await my funiture on the 15 of January 2022 at 9am, the next day we drove 2 hours to my new home with the wife and my 2 small boys one is 3 years old and the second one is 3 months old. We arrived at the house and my father left back to gauteng for work with my mother keep in mind leaving my family at our new house awaiting funiture delivery. 9am came and went until 10 am I called the driver he told me that he was 1 hour late and need to send him a live location witch I did and then 11 am came and tried to call him again and there was no answer even WhatsApp was suddenly off. I proceeded to let my Admin know about this issue and they called 5 different numbers and still no answer at 12:45 after 20 calls they answered and informed me that they will get back to me witch is wrong at 13: 33 a WhatsApp message came threw that they are really sorry but the funiture delivery will only be delivered on the 16 of January 2022. So this was seriously unacceptable and we called and told them that I'm stranded with 2 small children in the house sleeping on the ground because they did not deliver what now what must I do, the proceeded to tell me that no they are not responsible for the inconvenience caused but on email your company convermed the dates and there is no updates to State that it would be late or even not be there on the date of 15 January 2022 So I proceed to call my Admin and the boss to make them aware of what is happening at the moment and my boss was angry because you can't let a man let his family be stranded without a bed and forced to sleep on the ground He immediately picked us up from ouer new home and booked us in a hotel near the house and after all this I hope that this company knows that this bill is coming their way through me because this was a big inconvenience for me and the wife. Still I do not know if they will even deliver my funiture am wrighting this review on the date of the 15 of January 2022 at night after all the drama. Note all please do not use this company it's the worst and they do not handle your stuff with care If any one of you need to know if this is true give me a call on 0825641779 I'm not afraid of doing this and reporting this company because these people are scam artest and I'm living in it now still awaiting my funiture. Also note that im going to approach the news papers and post this all over the world so that people know not to use this company. Also I'm approaching the baillift on Tuesday if my stuff is not delivered on the 17 of January 2022 Monday and I'm giving their truck details to the police for theft if i do not receive my funiture.
