It was a traumatic experience to move my parents on the Sunday to Vintage & Vogue Fragile Care, on the Monday, they phoned us and informed us that they cannot look after my parent anymore, we did not provide them with the correct information, Well, I took my parent for another medical examination report and mail it to them, I also informed them via email of my parents dementia condition.

We as family then needed to get hold of another place in 2x weeks time, until today they lady/manager did not apologize to us. Please be careful where you are taking your parents, we had a terrible experience.
