VIP Properties Pretoria: RUN if you can
Please stay FAR AWAY if you treasure your sanity Never pays over rent to owner before 7th of month: although it is collected by the 1st. Blue-ticking is their speciality and they will not return calls or mails, unless you cc the whole company in multiple times No inspections are ever done: left us with R35 000 mess to fix Lying comes naturally: uses voice notes and then deletes, thus no official communication. Masters of: it was just paid over, please resend your banking details, they are in meetings We had to get involved getting renter out ourselves after months of partial or no payments and they have the audacity to keep more than half of the deposit: for admin until end of contract Wheels hopefully turn Reply (0)

Vip properties misinformation
want to move to a new place. So i have paid VIP Properties 6700, rent, half deposit and admin fee, before paying i asked them if the electricity is bill or prepaid, they said its prepaid, coz i dnt want bill coz it's expensive. I went to register for electricity at Pretoria constancia and they said its a bill, i physically went to VIP offices, i asked them to give me another flat tha has prepaid or refund me, they said i minght not get my refund coz i have already signed the lease agreement

Justine Broodryk and her team leased my property (310 Maker) to a tenant and only paid me one months rent and refuses to pay me for the other two months. She now ignores all attempts of communication with me. They are not to be trusted at all.

WORST EVER
As an owner, you do not want to find yourself in business with VIP Properties. All the reasons people get agents to avoid, you will deal with them and more. Basically having these bunch of incompetent halfwits is worse than dealing with tenants yourself. Late overpayments, no care for property, shortage of rental money. THE WORST IN THE BUSINESS! You'd think by changing the person you liaise with would help... but you would be greatly mistaken. You are just jumping out of the pan and straight into the fire. DISGUSTING BUNCH!

Scam of a company
They are useless at what they are hired for, they are not registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board, they will do as they please in your property,all they do is collect cash from tenants then never give you your money, my flat is in arrears because of their non payment and the tenants have paid deposit they are refusing to leave, it all a mess.

Caline Vip apartments
Caline vip apartments is far from VIP experience, we booked with Jacqueline (booking lady) a whole full month ahead of time. We were so excited to go, but a whole two days before our stay, Jacqueline (booking lady) calls us to tell us that she has given our apartment away to SOMEONE ELSE..... what? Caline vip apartments is far from VIP to say the least. I will not recommend booking at this place ever again as you might find yourself leaving to go to your booked stay and just there and then be turned around because someone else is sleeping in your bed. Wow, Caline vip apartments should go take a swim in the ocean. :D not to worry about us we found another place in bloubergstrand which deserves our local support. :D
