Today I thought I would squeeze in a workout at the gym and literally had an hour to spend. My husband and daughter joined me. When we got to the Virgin Active Waterfall we were told that my daughter’s membership is cancelled. I was not notified of this before. I said to the receptionist and manager that there must be a mistake and I will check when I have more time. I understand that my daughter couldn’t work out but they refused for her to come in as my guest. I then asked if she could at least sit inside either at the Kauai or on any seat while I got my workout in. They refused and suggested that she stand outside the door of the gym. They asked for our details a few times and kept us standing at the turnstile. Is this how Virgin Active treats its members and the public in general ? If they afforded me the courtesy I could have got my work out in and my daughter could have safely waited for me and perhaps got something to drink at Kauai. Instead they chose to spoil my Saturday and deprive me of my workout - it is ridiculous that they wanted my daughter to stand outside. I am annoyed at this treatment from the manager- there is absolutely no sense of customer service -

I am so not happy, I ordered the hair on the 22nd of August 2024, and when ever I make a follow up I am grey ticked ,I wouldn't recommend online buying to any1, walk in at this stage is the best,how I wish I had read reviews 1st 😞😓😩😤😡😠

Sales staff try con people they give you a figure sign a contract and then a week later call you to say you must please come in again to sign a new contract because they are not going to honour the one they signed but are going to charge you more and you must resign a new contract

I wrote a review a couple days ago complaining regarding virgin active debiting the incorrect amounts and on 3/4 different dates during the month. I am writing another one directed at LEBO from Virgin active wonderboom. I gym from 5:00 - 6:00 as I start work at 7:00 am and that is what works for me. On Wednesday 06/09/2023 I got up as usual and went to the gym, the couple days prior there was load shedding but the gym remained open with those camping lights everywhere allowing people to still continue their workouts. However, on Wednesday, I was refused entry into the gym by LEBO as they did not have back up power and had not made arrangements the day before to ensure their clients can still continue as per normal that morning despite load shedding. I did not receive ANY notification the night prior via the app/sms/email, nothing to inform any of their members that the gym would not be able to operate that morning. Wasted my petrol driving to the gym AND then back home to get ready for work and drive all the way to work which was not how my morning planning was suppose to go. After asking Lebo about why they did not inform their client's as they are REQUIRED TO or ensuring they have backup power, she shrugged her shoulders and closed the door. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a woman that claims to be a manager, you are useless and do not have your client's interests at heart. What are you even doing in a client based industry?? Ridiculous.

I took out a membership with Lorraine from Virgin Active Cedar Square and paid the joining fee and to date have not received my token no response from ger on whatsapp after numerous attempts with her being in hospital etc......this is ***** !!!!!!

I have been a member of Virgin Active Cascades and I am frustrated with the amenities the pool's heater is more broken that working . The communication is tardy and w hen you complain you are referred to small print. The fees are costly so just ensure the facilities on offer are in good working order is that not what we pay for .
