We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter and always value constructive feedback to improve our business relationships.
However, we feel it is important to clarify the details regarding our order with you, The Whiteboard Shop. We placed our order with you via email for a custom board to be made and promptly paid a 50% deposit in good faith, as is often common business practice. Our order was abruptly canceled without further discussion. If we were simply informed immediately after you received our deposit that full payment upfront was required, we would have gladly done that. Despite multiple attempts on our part to discuss this over the phone, your staff were unable to reach you to discuss.
We are concerned by this inaccurate and defamatory review, labeling this as ‘non-payment,’ when in fact, our 50% deposit was refunded to us, by you. We believe this misrepresentation is unfair and does not reflect the actual situation.
We remain committed to conducting business with transparency and professionalism.
