Visco Pedic topper

Bought a mattress topper in September 2019. It is January now and the toppers foam has lost its memory. The response from liaison at Viscopedic is as follow "This guarantee does not cover comfort or firmness levels of the mattress or any Visco Pedic product as changes to the firmness is considered a normal change over time" The topper worked good when I received it but now the foam is just no good
