Three issues all sorted
Clifford and his team helped me with a roof repair project in Sundowner, Johannesburg. The job involved bracing and reinforcing the trusses to address the sagging roof issue. He assisted with our kitchen roof, where a branch had crashed through. the trusses in our dining outside area were also rotten and need to be replaced. The roof is now flush and looking great, the trusses were replaced and capped and the kitchen is now a livable area to sit in with out flooding. I am glad we decided to use Visible Improvements as they were reliable, and I was given the right price for the job that was done.

No More Sagging Roof Issues
Clifford and his team helped me with a structural roof repair project in West Dean, Johannesburg. The job involved bracing and reinforcing the trusses to address the sagging roof issue. The roof is now flush and looking better than new. I am glad we decided to use Visible Improvements as they were reliable, speedy and I was given the right price for the job that was done.

No More Sagging Roof Issues
Clifford and his team helped me with a structural roof repair project in West Dean, Johannesburg. The job involved bracing and reinforcing the trusses to address the sagging roof issue. NO SHOW / NO Interest
Appalling - a NO SHOW. Fortunately this just shows that had we got a quote and approved, follow up service if required would not have featured. Had an appointment on a Thursday at 11am. No show, no contact. Called at to follow up and received a WhatsApp message saying representative had vehicle issues. Was agreed to come next day Friday at 11am, again a NO SHOW. At 12:15 I sent a message querying where they were, no answer. I called, no answer. I messaged an hour later advising how out of order this was, no answer.

ALERT!
ALERT!!!!!!! A year ago or less, we got Visible Improvements to do repair work on our roof. Needless to say, the work they've done is APPALLING! It is rusted and seems as if they did not prepare to roof properly. Tim came and had a look at their shoddy job and low and behold, he blamed it on hail damage. He now has the audacity to quote us on repairing their shoddy workmanship. He did not honor his appointment with us this morning and has agreed to come tomorrow. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for ANY roof repairs!!! Unfortunately, if he doesn't honour his appointment tomorrow, we will definitely sue them

Disgusting Service and Useless Repair Job
Worst roofing company I have ever dealt with. They did a repair on our roof in the first half of 2022, after the rain had stopped. We were told that if the repair still leaked when the rain started, then they would come and fix the problem as part of the initial repair (as the job was still incomplete). Firstly, their guys spent the whole morning ******ing around and sitting in their phones, doing nothing, and there was no supervisor present. When the repair was "complete" (and I use the word complete with great sarcasm), it took them three months to come and remove the tarp off the roof, and fetch their ladder. Then when the rain finally started again at the end of the year, it was impossible to get them to come and repair the roof. The sept sending someone to "asses" the issue, which was leaking in the exact same place where the repair was done, only to be given excuses about how it wasn't their problem. Then I was told that the assessor had to talk to someone else before he could do anything... I have never dealt with such useless people in my entire life. Two months later and nothing has been repaired... Honestly, Universal Roofing may be overpriced but at least they do the job properly, and stand by they guarantee. I would not recommend Visible Improvements to anyone. They are a wast of money and time.

Happy Customer
Very happy with the service offered by this company. My home has a large slate tile roof with a steep incline, at the start if summer it began to leak in various places. Clifford did an inspection and work commenced a week later. All leaks were fixed and the finis is very neat

Do not employ their services
Had a contract with Frank Moyles Pty Ltd to carry out repairs to my roof. They asked for a 60% deposit which had to be paid before commencement of work. The workers for 13 hours over a period of 2 days and cancelled the contract without notification. They messed up the roof leaving me with several leaks in the roof and refuses to reimburse the deposit. The declare they have been operating for 40 years. Definitely as con artists

My Parkhurst Roof Transformed!
Frank, Bernadette, Lard and their amazing team did a fantastic job transforming my old leaky roof. I have had other contractors patch it over the years which never lasted and Frank quoted on what was really needed. It was extensive but was clearly not more than needed and his descriptions were great to follow. His team was very profession, courteous, friendly and efficient and they did the job on time and according the budget without quibbling about minor extra costs. Their admin was very prompt, super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I live in Holland so communication was especially important and helpful. I would really highly recommend them.
