Good workshop but needs to take responsibility for their actions

Took my car in on 2021/04/12 for a clutch and flywheel and starter replacement took a week as expected because its a big job to do got the car back and they did a really good job with replacing the flywheel and clutch and starter after i left and only then i saw that my light lens was cracked on my car i then called Jacques at vision motors that was helping me and it was story after story that he is going to speak to his bos week went pass had to remind him to please speak to his bos and after another week still nothing then he said that his bos isn't at work and will only be back next week well I'm still waiting been 2 weeks now still not coming back to me Although i would have liked to only post a good review because the job they did was really good I'm not supporting them ever again because of the lack of taking responsibility for their actions
