Unprofessional untrained staff

1 star for Elina (or however u spell it) at case management at the Admin section. She has no professionalism whatsoever. An undermining attitude, dismissive attitude and talks to you like you're a retard. Totally unacceptable for such an environment.

1 star for a particular OT/facilitator The colored lady who gave a lesson at Erica ward on Tuesday ( 17 Oct 2023, 9am) She talks to you about GENERAL KNOWLEDGE stuff for less than 3 minutes then after class undiagnoses you. She doesn't even know why I am here yet she feels she can undiagnose me. Again totally irresponsible and dangerous in such an environment. If she wants to diagnose and un- diagnose patients she must just be a psychiatrist and not an facilitator.
