Excellent service! Definitely worth the 5 stars. Best security company to be with in Witbank / Emalahleni. Control room operators and reaction officers are on the ball. I will highly recommend Vital Security to my family, friends and people I meet.

Worst security company in Witbank - I received a call from vital at 11:07 2025-01-21 saying they received a alarm at my house. I told the caller to immediately send armed response as I am at work and my wife is home alone - I just got the message that vital arrived 11:56 almost an hour later.

I signed up with Vital Security in Witbank, agreement was R315.00 today the debit order went off R597.99 difference of R264.99. I was promised they will not deduct any extra cost without informing me, this after I paid a bill for a replacement battery today of R585.00. Seems like they also ***** money like all the other ************* Security companies out there.

Asked them how many times to change the main phone number they call to my number, after they said it is changed and the alarm goes off I am not phoned. During the night if one of the outside beams are tripped, I recieve no phone call or someone that comes and checks. I have tp phone them every time from my side to tell them the alarm went of, the one time I told them I am going to test and they must say if they recieve a signal and I tripped the alarm a few times and they said they recieved no signal, but the other time i pressed the panic button they saw a signal. I was told that they would send a technician to site but no one came. Eould not recommend signing up with them

This security company has given the worst service! It's been days now, with empty promises, skimpy service and sarcastic comments about our safety. We have a business in these unsafe times, and now with NO security! This is unexeptable and won't recomend them at all!

I sent Vital Security this email on the 4th of February 2021 to helen@vital-security.co.za: I joined Vital Security in November 2020 I paid R1062 for the installation fees on the 18th of November 2020 (please see attached proof of payment). Yet I was debited again TWICE on the 15th of January for the same amount. On the 15th of December I was also billed R297.00+R399.00 I urgently request a COMPLETE statement of my account so that I can do my own recon because evidently your accounts department is useless and incompetent. Please also send me Mr Casper Pretorius' direct email so that I may contact him directly regarding your incompetence and unwillingness to work. On the 3rd of February 2021 my alarm went off at 22:37. I asked them to send someone out as I was home alone and I am still waiting!!! I also receive no feedback when you are dispatched to my house. I can't even say I'm disappointed by your services because I am not receiving any. I currently await your speedy response It is now the 12th of February and I have received no response. This company is stealing money. They do not answer the phone when I phone them.
