I ordered and paid for a set of a set of wireless hearing aids and have never received them, They also do not respond to emails. They have ****** my money and I feel that they are ****ming people. They profess to be in South Africa but why have I NOT received the hearing aids,

placed an order with a local online retailer / importer, apparently in Cape Town trading as Vitalio. The product was a Hearing Aid manufactured in Hong Kong as per their website. The order was placed on 17Th July 2024 order number #3378 for the amount of, R2151.00 (paid by credit card) and should take about 20 days. However, after a few months I emailed and WhatsApp Vitalio to find out when I would receive the product, they confirmed my ‘order was currently in transit and should arrive soon’. This has been going on since I placed the order. I get fobbed off with the same non-committal WhatsApp messages from Vitalio. The phone number on the website doesn’t work I have had to message them though WhatsApp. I have requested a refund but to no avail. This is now February 2025. I requested a credit card chargeback through Absa bank for being ghosted by this online retailer. Unfortunately Absa Bank is just as useless; they insisted I request a ‘cancellation letter’ from this merchant which is a ridiculous suggestion on the banks part. Absa Bank’s ‘requested information’ as I’m sure they well know, is unobtainable; this was merely to fob me off. I would like to thank Absa Bank for their lack of action with regard to this issue. Don’t order anything from Vitalio Cape Town, they’re a **** company.

Hello I demand an immediate payment to the amount of R5,452.49 asap as it is now almost two months. ABSA credit card division told me that YOU have to pay my money back as they cannot reverse the transaction. This is absoluut POOR service which I am not use to. Please do an immediate payment before I hand it over to my Attorney. Below is one of my last previous message to a manager: Good day Please cancel the order in full. An amount due by you is R5,452.49. An affidavid will be done at the SAPS and a ***** case with number will be send today to you as well as to ABSA bank as this is now outstanding as fromthe 1st November 2024 which is unexceptable. Regards.

On the 1st of November 2024 I ordered ONE pair of hearing aids online at Vitalio that were on a special. The correct order was authorised by me via ABSA app, but to my shock another UNAUTHORISED amount went of from my credit card. I immediately blocked my credit card and reported it to ABSA credit card ***** section as well as Vitalio. Vitalio at that stage said that they would investigate the matter but that I need to request ABSA to reverse the unauthorized transaction. After many e-mails to ABSA as well as Vitalio I requested them to cancel the whole transaction and to reverse the full amount of R5 452.49 as I no longer want the order as I did not receive any. )Order #8018) I went to the SAPS to do an affidavit and also submitted it to both ABSA and Vitalio. I need this to be resolved within ONE week from today as it is *****. After I collected my new credit card at ABSA, someone pretending that he is from ABSA, called me FIVE MINUTES after I have received my new Credit card. He had al my info of my old credit card as well as my new credit card, requesting me to confirm the ccv number on my new credit card which I repeatedly said that I will not do it. I went directly back to Waverley ABSA bank, requesting to see the lady who was assisting me but she was out of lunch. This is definitely an inside job at ABSA as this is not the first time that ***** is done on my credit card. I demand that my money to the amount of R5 452.49

Money down the drain!!!

****MERS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and not provide any products. Have been waiting months for our order. They have a supposed South African number for WhatsApp and calls, both lines are permanently unreachable and unavailable. All you get is an automated response but never any actual help or assistance. Money down the drain!!!

These people are ****mers. There is no company. This is a one person agent that sells international **** here. They sent me a faulty mesh nebuliser that doesn't charge months ago. The " we understand your frustration" emails are *******. This have no idea how angry I am. I need this device to breathe. They took my R1000 and now tell me it's been escalated. To whom ? I'm a pensioner and can't afford to get another one somewhere else. They should be shut down . They are *******

This is there add. '' Vitalio SA Vitalio, based locally in Cape Town, South Africa, dedicated to providing you with exceptionally high-quality products and service.'' This is not my experience been trying to get a product sorted out that i bought from them but no luck. This is a company that states "high quality products & service". I haven't experienced it.

The only reason I gave them 1 start is that I can't give them less. They are ****mer. They do not operate from Cape Town. They do not honour refunds and that add extra items to your order usually under the credit card confirmation limit. Stay away from them!!!
