Vita Paw - delay in postage
After placing an order on 23 January 2026, my products finally arrived today, 18 February 2026. Not within the 3-5 days mentioned, but I do now have the product and am grateful. Now let's see how well it works!

VITAPAW SOUTH AFRICA IS A HUGE ****-AVOID!
AVOID THIS ****! I ordered on the 25th January 2026, and I am still waiting, and it is the 10th February 2026. I have been emailing till I am blue in the face, and no response. Furthermore, I have deducted, that they are nothing but a ****! There is no contact number for them either. Absolutely disgusted in this company. I hope you can't sleep at night!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Avoid VitaPaw
I placed an order & paid for it on 23 January 2026. It was "on its way" on 24 January and to date nothing has arrived. I've had no response to my follow up emails. VitaPaw definitely seems to be a ****!

Be wary of Vitapaw
I placed and paid for an order on the 22nd January 2026. I have tried to make contact with Vitapaw on numerous occasions to try and get some sort of feedback on my order which of as to date I have never received Seems to me nobody can be bothered or courteous to help you once they have received your money. Makes me wonder if this is even a bonfire company.ĺ
