Bad service, no follows up, prolong repair service
worse service ever, send my amp for repairs and 2.5 months later still no feedback, and inconveniencing my business. would definitely no recommend them for repairs under warranty as they prolong it.

Bad service viva shop kroondal north west
last night i went into the viva shop to buy me a cooldrink as i walked out i realised its the wrong brand so i return into the shop to change it for another brand, they response to me was there can change the flavour but not the brand i was shocked by this because it was the first time i heard something like this. i left the cooldrink behind as i refused to take it with me this incident occurred at the viva shop kroondal north west

PRO- LONGING WARRANTY
I RECENTLY PURCHASED AN AMPLIFIER FROM THEM, AND LATER COME UPON A PROBLEM WHEREBY IT BLEW A CHANNEL. I TOOK IT BACK FOR REPAIRS SINCE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY IN 11/05/2015, EVERY TIME I CALL IN TO FIND OUT HOW FAR THEY ARE WITH THE REPAIRS I GET EXCUSES. ITS AUGUST NOW AND THEY STILL TELL ME STORIES. WILL I EVER GET MY AMPLIFIER BACK?
