Absolutely disgusted

Guys, please do not support this shop.

I purchased a combo deal and I received it on Friday.

I decided to wash the new bedding before I use them and all the pillow stuffing is out and blocked my entire machine.

I tried contacting them for several hours, eventually I got a response with " we apologize, but for how long did you wash it for?" - as if they are trying to point the fault on me. - after that, my messages couldn't go through anymore and they put all the comments off.

Before I purchased the bedding I have asked them if the bedding becomes bulky after a while and they said no, I can even wash it in the washing machine. Do not waste your money on this, I am absolutely disgusted.
