Like minds/ Vodacom

I app**** for a deal through the Vodacom app, only to discover that it was being handled by Like Minds—an external provider with incredibly poor service. Since 09.04.2025, no one has bothered to follow up with me, forcing me to make multiple calls myself. After all that effort, I found out that the deal had been canceled without any explanation. An agent assured me that an urgent delivery would be requested, but this was never fulfilled. Vodacom should seriously reconsider using external providers, as they fail to provide answers or accountability. Even visiting a Vodacom branch for assistance proved useless, as the branch staff have no authority to override or intervene in the actions of these third-party service providers. Sinenhlanhla Precious Zulu, Zandile Mthethwa, Bronwyn Naidoo, and Babalo Mbatyoti have all been unhelpful and extremely rude throughout this frustrating process.
