I'd like to express my gratitude to Eljourin Augustus he made my VW buying experience as simple and seamlessly as possible. It was a pleasure to work with him from seeing the vehicle online and him sending in detail videos to me. It was not even long and in a few hours time my approval came and he kept me up to date with every little info possible. He is truly a legend and it was awesome meeting Eljourin. Eljourin Augustus is an Asset for Dirk Ellis Volkswagen. He really goes the extra mile for his clients. One can see his passion for Dirk Ellis Volkswagen putting the company values first. He made sure before delivery of my vehicle it was in the best condition possible. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership and their prices are unbelievable when compared to dealers in other provinces. I had to travel all the from KZN to the Eastern Cape because of their deal. I would like to send a special thanks to Johan Van Rensburg and Jöhanlie Kleynhans. You guys really helped in getting the best out of this deal and making things happen smoothly.
