Dissatisfaction

I purchased LA SIgnature 27 Piece Cast Iron Grey Non-Stick Coated Cast Iron Cookware Set (27 - Piece) × 1 on January 7th 2026- I have not received any shipment details and tracking number, I have been writing on their website expressing my frustration and dissatisfaction, but still no update about my order.
