it was not good waiting 3 weeks more. waited 6 weeks, but they said we will wait 3 weeks. The building is poorly maintained. You can wait for 25 minutes for the lift to come. the guys are very arrogant. they refused to even give a discount on our Canada immigration application. yet it was 4 people on a single invoice, they took advantage because we were disparate. instead of 3 weeks we even ended up getting the approval in 6 weeks, they never communicated there would be a 3 weeks delay. not impressing

Very poor service, called Vonlea Care Centre International on the 5th of January for a return flight, there was a price differnce that didnt make sense. how do you increase prices over 3 weeks. i asked about the promo they used to sell us the first tikcet and only to be told we didnt spnd R500K over 6 months and our points expired in dicember so our points were not valid. what a ripoff.

it took Vonlea Care centre international 14 telephone calls and almost an hour to change a single flight booking!! pathetic slow motion by these black guys. they are not even trained for the job they are doing

Took 14 telephone calls and almost an hour to change a single flight booking!! Would give zero stars if possible. I was traveling from Australia to South Africa as a matter of urgency to see my grandfather who is critically ill in hospital. The flight from Sydney was delayed and as a result qantas took it upon them selves to cancel our connecting flight to Durban and give our seats to other passengers on standby as they thought we wouldn't make the flight.
