A building nightmare
We have had an absolutely nightmarish experience with Wolfgang from Vorsprung Construction. We were recommended him from the architect MILarchi. Wolf under quoted and it was obvious quite early on that he hadn’t done his homework on costing. For example he quoted R15 000 for waterproofing and it ended up costing us R80 000. We paid a big deposit that was meant to be used for purchase materials but he used our money to fund other building projects. We paid him for work done by contractors that he didn’t end up paying. Cables and flooring was ****** from our property. He is a nightmare of a builder and my recommendation is that you run in the opposite direction. We have been told of other people who have had similar issues with Wolf and I just wish someone had written a review so we didn’t have to go through the nightmare that we have been through.

Vorsprung Construction Very bad service
The most shocking service we’ve ever experienced. Very bad communication throughout the build ending off with shocking after service. In a nutshell 3 bathrooms, office, lounge, dining area renovated (7 months). All three toilets are different heights, brand new en-suite bathroom with a leak causing damp issues leaving owner to pay another company to solve. Paving dug up for plumbing now collapsing, leaking roof for months ruined the wooden floors had to ask over and over to come out and sort the issue. As the owner of his business he takes no responsibility. If this is the kind of experience you’d like, use Wolfgang & Vorsprung Construction at your own risk.
