Poor Services

I have bought a house just two months ago from this agent,the house was still under renovations and had to occupy the house before they were done because it was festive and couldnt leave the place alone.The renovations were not done and they had promised to be finished by end of January but then even the smallest things they couldnt attend to like for instance the toilets are not properly installed and there are some leaks,their plumbling is not satisfying and when they do send someone,the work is terrible you always have to call them over and over and they dont pitch most of the time.As of now,we have a contract with them of the list of things(maintainance) that needed to come with the house as a package and things that needed fixing because you cant agree to buy a house that is not in good conditions.The list included that i have a good working gyser thats in good condition,the toilets and bathrooms,of which i have been communicating with them that its hardly been two months and my gyser is leaking and they not sending any help,the shower is leaking,toilets are not properly installed and are also leaking.I have an outside flat that they still need to come fix.The painting is not done,the cupboards havent been replaced,the tile is broken,I dont evn have the keys to that outside flat they having been saying they will bring them and recently i had a break in.Since this month I have been pleading with them to come finish the work and i am being totally ignored and blueticked if not worse.Please help,I dont know what else to do.
