Stay away from VSM Spares, Edenvale, Gauteng
Bought a Mercedes Benz part from VSM SPARES, 27F 8th Avenue, Edenvale, Gauteng., salesperson was Mandla Ndlovu, date of purchase was 05/02/2025, my mechanic realized after stripping the vehicle that this part was not the problem on the vehicle, contacted Mandla 07/02/2025 that i will bring it back and take spark plugs instead which was R150 more in price and that i will pay in the difference, that part was not opened and still in it's original packaging with the receipt. Mandla's boss refused to this agreement, saying that if they supp**** the correct part, then they cannot take it back or exchange for something else, we did not want a refund or money back, instead to take something else and pay in the difference. we now have no use for that part, the vehicle is fixed, and we are sitting with a new part and wasted our money. This is the worst customer service ever and would suggest nobody supports VSM SPARES for Mercedes Benz parts. they will not assist you in anyways after they have taken your money. You are thereafter stuck with something you don't need. Worst customer care and service in Gauteng.

Horrible service
I bought a Mercedes petrol at VSM Spares in Edenvale and I asked them if I can bring it back if it was not right and l called them the same day to notify them about the part being wrong and I was told to bring it back on Monday. Which my husband did and we were told to bring the sample to the part and again we came back after stripping the part from my car now they telling me they will give me half of the money and the rest later. I paid 5500 for the part now they want to give me 2500. After all I trouble l had with them how do I trust if I will get my balance
