Causing accidents and rude personnel
This is a KZN transport company who caused a fender bender due to their trucks overtaking. After contacting the company at the cell number the owner Vicky was absolutely disregarding the fact that his employee is endangering the lives of our citizens. He did not even bother to ask for a license plate or details of the driver. The truck was swerving into yellow lanes overtaking while roadworks.

VTS SA PRETORIA WEST WORSER SERVICE EVER
I have received worst service ever from VTS SA PRETORIA WEST on and mind you it was my first time visiting them. There is a lady by the name of Minky/Mandy, she is so rude, has stinking attitude and shout at customers. She has no knowledge of customer service, absolutely pathetic. She told me that she is a manager at this place and that she is untouchable. By the way there are no chairs for you to sit while waiting for your car, make sure that you bring your own. They don't even deserve a one star. I will never set my foot there again.

Complaint - VTS SA Centurion
VTS SA Centurion are dishonest. Inspecta Car Hennopspark use them for the road worthy certificate. They did a 160 point check on our car. The results are scary, if you can't trust them with correct information on small things how can you trust them with the important things. Our car is manual, they said automatic. The car is a 2 door, they said 4 door. I can go on and on. The big problem is, the car has a oil leakage (plenty of oil on belly plate) and 2 water leakages. The propshaft and diff is noisy. I want to know, how could they pass the car for roadworthy with such problems.

Customer satisfaction
I had to change ownership on my vehicle, inclusive of license renewal and roadworthy test. This company did everything within a week. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Great experience and well worth the fee.

Job not done at All
<p>Do not take your vehicle to VTS to put through the test I bought a bike from a company to go back to VTS and ask them to check the paperwork and put the bike through the test all was done at a later time I wanted to sell the bike just to see that the paperwork and the bike itself doesn't match if VTS did the job correctly the first time they would if VTS did the job correctly the first time they would have seen that it didn't match and know because of them I'm in a world of trouble so do yourself a favour and don't use VTS at all</p>
