I had made reservations for 2 Family Rooms telephonically. One of the reservation number is 299338002 [26/07/24-28/07/24]. When making reservations, I was told that I could pay on arrival using my credit card. On the eve of my arrival I received an email that my reservations were cancelled due to non-payment. When I enquired, I was told that the hotel had sent me an email. Sadly, my family's plans had to change. Unfair treatment and very unprofessional!

Hellopeter thank you for your help with my situation but still it's not complete solved and I feel I was robbed. I paid R2800 to Vulintaba for my booking and my refund was R700. Yes there is a cancellation policy. So I paid on the 17October2021 and I did my cancellation 31October and my booking dates 26-28 October and cancellation goes as follows *0-14 days prior to arrival π― *15-30 days prior to arrival 75% *31-60 days prior to arrival 50% *61-89 days prior to arrival 25% I would to know how much was the refund I am supposed to get.Vulintaba it's a nice place but now things that they do it's really a scam I'm still dealing with my accident I really don't have energy to deal with them. Can they please refund me the correct amount.

I have book a weekend stay with Vulintaba hotel and spa for 26-28 November 2021 but unfortunately I had a car accident on the 24 October 2021 which mΓ de my plans to be changed..on the 30 of October I called the Vulintaba hotel and spa to cancel as I was not gonna be able to do my weekend away anymore.they told me to write an email which I did and after that I had nothing from them until I called them to find out about my refund then Peter told me that I need to email my proof of banking details which I did then he said my issue will be sorted then after a week still nothing I called and only to find out that Peter was not working then I find a lady called Karen and she told me to send again my banking proof with doctors notes which I did and after a week still nothing then I called only to find Peter then I asked him about my issue then he told me that only Karen can help me.i am really tired and disappointed from Vulintaba hotel and spa the only thing I want it my refund. I really appreciate if I can be helped
