Would like to thank the staff they were professional friendly too I was always updated with everything like when they were collecting and checked where delivery took place thank you and keep up the good work

I needed a debit order to be deducted from my account and I was asked to confirm my banking details. I don't know my account number by heart and the lady I spoke to said I should have had my banking app open because I knew they would call me back. How was I supposed to know that? I don't work for Vuyo's and I don't know their procedures. I mean there is other security questions they could have asked me. Really appalling service.

Vuyo funerals sell lies to their clients,my aunt passed away on Friday and she has a policy with vuyo and she paid 700 every month and never missed a payment before and her package states that she get a casket,***,headstone,vegetables,groceries,tent and chairs but now that they have to deliver they tell us that the is no *** and groceries and we have to pay 14k so that they put a big tent at the grave yard and speakers or we have to take a small tent.how do u pay 14k to a undertaker that u have been paying 700 monthly for 7years and without even skipping a single month,am really disappointed by vuyo

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the handling of my recent funeral claim under my policy, following the passing of my father. On *Thursday*, I contacted your call center to get assistance with initiating a claim. I was advised by your agent that I could pay R260 to bring my policy up to date and would then qualify for the *basic funeral benefit*. I made this payment as instructed. Following that, my family informed me that my late father was already covered under a different funeral policy, and they intended to proceed with those arrangements. We then contacted your office again, in front of family members, to enquire whether my Vuyo policy could provide a **cash payout instead of funeral services*. The agent informed us that *R10,000* would be paid out if we did not use Vuyo's services. Based on this confirmation, we proceeded with the other funeral service provider. On Friday, I visited your offices again to submit the hard copies required for the claim. At no point—either during Thursday’s or Friday’s interactions—was I informed that I would not qualify for a cash payout. If I had been properly informed, I would have reconsidered the entire arrangement and allowed Vuyo to handle the funeral. Today, I received a message that my claim has been *declined*, with the reason being that only the basic service applies, and not a cash payout. I am now left in a terrible situation: the funeral is this *Saturday, my family has made arrangements based on your agent's advice, and there appears to be no accountability for the misinformation given by your representatives. This situation is deeply distressing. I comp**** with all instructions given, and the error lies in the *incorrect guidance* provided by your staff, who failed to verify my eligibility before advising me. This is not only unprofessional but unacceptable, especially when dealing with grieving families.

I'm very disappointed on Vuyo funerals.financial we are all facing hard time as a country that's a fact, I just joined Vuyo for one month my premium was 415 I was happy with that, the second debit date I told I'm suppose to pay R455 how is that even possible, I'm with the company for only a month not even a year, did they even consider how this is going to affect my budget.if they plain to increase prices they should consider increasing plans that are already with them for a year. I'm very disappointed.

Vuyo Funerals doesnt fulfil promises.I claimed September 2024 and you are told you will get R250 airtime.To date no airtime has been credited.The airtime benefit is a ****.I have called and emailed escalating this no one gets back to you.
