I have been ****** by vw Arcadia.i bought a car on 26/09/25.So I realised that is starting to crack is like the paint is peeling off.I took the car back ,the manager even he saw the problem but he forced and took the car to work shop.I called vw SA they called the dealership he **** saying he fixed the car I must come to fetch it only to find when I arrive there it was still in the same ,they called someone to come and fix the scratches as the manager claimed ,that guy told them he can't fix it's a body filler and manager could not careless he walked away like nothing happened .so when situations like where must I go because I needed him to do a replacement deal because he can't fix the car he refused I can even provide with photos or bring the car physically .it like I bought a car from auction

I always service my car at vw arcadia, this year I no longer had a service plan, so they offered me theirs, which is for two services. I took the service plan and booked in my car for service. For the first time I recieved a receipt that doesn't show what was done on the vehicle but when I was servicing my car previously I would get a receipt that has a breakdown on what was done on the car. I overlooked that. 3 to 4 weeks later I started noticing a clicking feeling on the steering wheel when im turning at low speed (when parking or reversing the car). At first I thought I was stepping on small stones, I still did not take it seriously because the feeling wasn't there when im driving at normal or high speed. Then weeks later the feeling started persisting. I googled the problem, google said it might be low steering fluid, because again it doesnt make a sound but it feels like it is clicking. So I decided to call vw arcadia and explained to them the situation. The Lady that I spoke to said I must book my car in for diagnostics, something of that nature. I must pay R2000 and I explained to her that I've never had this problem before servicing the car and I didnt pick it up earlier cause I hardly drive the car. She started sounding rude and she says she hears all that but that's not their problem. I don't understand how there's no transparency on the work done and when I pick up something that was never there before the service I am told it is not their problem. I'm really disappointed and I will never take my car to that dealership ever again!!!!!

I have a service plan with Auto and General i took my car for service only for them to delay the payment telling me they received the email late therefore i called the VW Arcadia McCathy there i received the worst service ever they promised to service my car though it was late but they didn’t service my car but they did receive a payment of my claim from auto and general

They do not attend to any complaints, I complained two times when I went to service my car for two times with them, they never attended even once. no feedback nothing. The last time I went for service I noticed that some of the items in the car were missing, I did not want everything as they told me not to leave valuables as they know their staff, I only wanted my lock nut key only. I was never attended as usual and I ended up breaking the locknuts to remove them and get the new set. It is very sad.

The dealership is really unprofessional. From dropping off my car, they didn’t have a shuttle to take me to work, they had to call me an Uber . Afternoon, no pickup i had to get myself there. Upon my arrival at 4pm my car is still not ready and they are giving me run arounds about where the car is. The person who assisted me is Micheal, he didn’t even show and even say sorry after making me wait an hour. I did not even get an explanation of what service was done to my car, i was just given an invoice to pay and that waa i. I only got my car at 5pm after all run arounds. People came after me and were assisted and got their cars and even left. I feel i was judged or rather say discriminated just because i am black and young and was not being taken serious nor were my needs prioritised. It was even written on my form that by 4pm my car will be ready yet i get there at 4pm and i am given the run arounds. It was my first time taking my car there as i always take it to vw Centurion,I regretted that decision.

Those people just want to conclude a sale when you buy a car from them, when you want to buy a car, go to the bank and do the application for car finance straight at the bank. Buying a car through finance is a decision that will affect your finances for few coming years roughly 72 months. Be smart don’t be fooled by these dealerships

Amend Fatman is a rude lady and worst person to handle my case imagine I asked to meet with the dealer and VW rep to have a look at the vehicle damages they are saying it occurred but she refused saying “the matter is closed because they agree that I was in an accident” but why I am not giving the chance to look at the matter with the Vw rep
