I bought a new VW Polo from them, and at the first use of the towing eye, the actual towing eye snapped in two. I requested VW Autohaus to look into this and provide me with a replacement and they have constantly sent me back and forth with no client service and no resolution. I had been a loyal client with them for 15 years, servicing my car with them only. I bought my new vehicle from them. The result is no attention, no care, no after-sales service from them. I cannot recommend doing business with them.

In 2019 a sales person by the name of Bafana and dealer principal Hendrik sold a VW Polo 1.0 to me that had previously been involved in an accident, and this information regarding the accident was not disclosed to me. They mispresented the facts when they sold the car to me. Now I can't sell the car to WeBuyCars nor Whelee because they are saying they cannot buy this car because it has an accident report. Bafana and his manager Hendrik ****med me!!! All they cared about was to sell the car and make a profit. People my advice to you is that avoid Autohaus centurion at all cost if you want a genuine VW vehicle

On the 3rd of April 2025, I took my vehicle to Volkswagen Centurion to inspect the air conditioning system, as I had been needing to refill it every two months. On the 4th of April, I was informed that the issue was a leaking expansion valve, which needed to be ordered. However, I received no further feedback from Volkswagen. On the 22nd of April, I followed up myself, only to be told, “I deal with so many customers, I’m not sure about your query.” I explained the matter again, yet still received no updates. I followed up once more on the 5th of May and was told the consultant was waiting for the foreman’s input, and that the earliest available date to book my vehicle in again would be the 13th of May. I brought my car in on that date, only to find out that the part had still not been ordered. After the vehicle was finally booked in, I had to continuously follow up myself to get any progress updates. To my frustration, I received my car back yesterday in a worse condition than before, heater not working and making ice cold, cables hanging out, *****s falling from everywhere and damaged dashboard. I am extremely disappointed in the level of service, the lack of communication, and what appears to be a general disregard for customer care and competence.

Set in my vehilce for 45000km service (VW Polo Vivo) on the 11th of March 2024, left the vehicle in the morning and was advised to collect the vehicle in the afternoon around 17:00pm. On my arrival in the afternoon I was made to wait for almost an hour and while waiting I saw my vehicle drive out for testing and back, I paid for everything cash and left. Since the 11th, I have encountered a series of problems that were previously absent. Initially, the window electrical controller ceased to function, preventing the windows from closing, despite my infrequent use of them. Additionally, the vehicle has begun to exhibit mild jerks, which are progressively worsening each day.

I recently traded my vehicle at VW Autohaus in Centurion where they gave me a great deal on my trade in. I was assisted by Sales Executive Stanley and New Vehicle Business Manager Chantè and both gave me exceptional service throughout the process and went out of their way to assist. Thank you, Stanley, and Chantè!

In November 2023 I traded in my Polo Vivo 2021 for Polo Vivo 2023 in Centurion Autohaus. This year in July I received an email from Fines SA informing me that I have traffic fines issued against my name, for the value of R3943, for the car I traded in. All offences were committed from January 2024, it means the car is still registered under my name. I called Centurion Autohaus, I wanted to speak to the salesman who assisted me, I was told he doesn't work there anymore, and I was referred to Stanley, who promised to forward the matter to his manager. I kept receiving the emails from Fines SA and I forwarded them to Stanley, but I didn't get any assistance from Stanley and his manager, the tickets haven't been cleared. I'm afraid this will give me a problem when I need to renew my Driver's License.

The most evil VW you'll find. Took my Golf V 2.0TDI which had a new turbo to get fixed for limp mode. They charged me R7k to diagnose saying it will save me money instead of them guessing. They told me 1 problem after the other and each time charging stories. Then I said but then why charge then R7k? They couldn't answer. Long story short they charged me around R130k by the time they were done including ***** storage fees that were never discussed. This dealership deserves to burn to the ground. Don't waste your time doing any dealings with them. Worse of if you're not Afrikaans cause it seems that's also another issue. Disgusting management from the top to the bottom. The whole tree is rotten... Sies...
