I took my car in for service on 12 December 2025, before travelling to the Eastern Cape for the December holidays. Upon return, I had to refill oil. This is not happening for the first time, it has been the case since I started servicing with them in 2022. I made the service advisor aware of this, and before servicing with them, I used VW Menlyn in Pretoria and never had any problems with oil until the next service or I would only fill oil a week before the service, and I would travel to the EC even then. My car does not leak whatsoever, I do not think it is normal to refill oil after not even a month after servicing.

I have been engaging your VW braamfintein on WhatsApp for two days, trying to book a service for my car and to this day no call happened even when I was promised to be called. Wonder why your office does have this unmonitored WhatsApp number. My call number is 0628124143

The most horrific experience ever, not only did they fail to fix my car the first time, but they also lie through their teeth each and every one who worked on my car including the Service Manager will not see heaven. Thank you for the horrible experience you have given me reason to change the brand.

I saw a VW Up for 139 850 i requested a OTP they added more the original price they said 147 217.50. They wanting to charge on the road and lic/reg. Thats crazy please be careful when buying cause this is how they catch people. The car is over priced.

I bought a brand new VWTiguan 1.4 Tsi from this dealer 4 months ago and recently enquired where in the vehicle the emergency triangle is located. The sales person, Steggman Neveling was not helpful and when I ask for pictures of where the triangle is located he did not come back to me. I contacted his sales manager who assisted me when I made contact with him. The sales person's after sales was quite atrocious and I did not appreciate in the manner he spoke to me. I will never deal with this salesperson neither recommend him as this was quite a small issue that he dealt with it poorly. He needs to up his customer service skills.

Pathetic after turning down for a deal, there’s an open vehicle finance enquiry from them under my name from absa and now they don’t want to write me a letter that proves or states that the deal never proceeded, the very same Irvin Mokone that was so in a rush to get the approval on my behalf before I turned them down for another vehicle finance company. They won’t bother with or your enquiries after they’ve sealed a deal with you!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that your company has given to me. I bought a vehicle from you guys during Late May and traded in my old car, when the driver delivered my car, he was smoking and left his lighter in my car and took the smoking plug in port with him. He also delivered my car giving a lift to a female passenger. Imagine my disappointment buying a car and having it delivered with a passenger without my consent. The car was delivered dirty and had crumbs of food on the floor. I engaged with the sales agent directly and he promised he would take care of everything and apologized. He promised to courier the missing smoking port to my place of work over a month ago. I'm still waiting. He has been dodging me since, promising to call and he doesn't. I am extremely disappointed in your service VW Braamfontein. This was truly uncalled for and working in bad faith.
