Honestly had the most patient sales agent, Daiyaan H. He was so helpful throughout regardless of how difficult i may have been. He went the extra mile and did everything until we left with a smile. VW Ntt team from salesman, to the manager to the financial person made the experience one to remember and I was once again reminded why i have been a loyal customer to their specific branch for the last 6+ years. I would recommend them 100% and will full trust that anyone would receive the best possible service, especially from Daiyyaan H!!

Purchasing a vehicle through NTT VW Stellenbosch was a very pleasant experience. The salesman, Mr Matthew Snyman, was excellent in assisting us with finding the perfect vehicle which suits our needs. The business manager, Mrs Wollie Evenwel, went above and beyond to ensure that we were offered the best interest rate. As a team, these two were transparent, helpful and customer-focused. I would refer anyone who wishes to purchase a vehicle to NTT VW Stellenbosch.

Purchasing a vehicle through NTT VW Stellenbosch was a very pleasant experience. The salesman, Mr Matthew Snyman, was excellent in assisting us with finding the perfect vehicle which suits our needs. They will **** you!and break your car so that you come for more business! I took my car for service. Few weeks later it broke down. My car never had issues and NTT didnt notice any issue during seevice. I took my car for repairs under warranty. They sent invoice to warranty then sent another invoice for R12 thousand to me. I said I dont have money and they said that was a mistake that actual invoice is R5 thousand. I called warranty and confirmed they NTT is dishonest, the warranty had approved the whole amount and the additional amount added by NTT was misleading. Do not even try them

Customer service is shocking. Separate telephonie quotes were given for service and repairs, even after explicitly requesting the TOTAL amount. This happened indepependently to both my wife and I on separate calls. During the last service we were told of an oil leak that needed attention. When we asked for a status update today, there was no record of the concersation, and it was not picked up during the inspection this time. A set of other, unrelated, quotes were given today. Neither was the outstanding 'bushes' problem even mentioned today. So NTT have lost our trust. Incoherent advice from different people who do not talk to each other internally. We will not go back to NTT Volkswagen Stellenbosch.

I purchased a car from NTT Stellenbosch on December 11, 2024, and it came with a temporary license disc. I was assured that I would receive the license disc and registration papers the following week. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and no one from the dealership bothered to follow up or provide an explanation. I had to take the initiative to follow up myself. When I contacted them, I was told they would investigate and get back to me. However, I received no feedback and had to call again, only to face the same lack of response. Even after writing to their complaints department, my email was completely ignored. I bought this car specifically for business purposes, but for over a month now, it has been sitting idle because I cannot use it without the registration papers. This has caused significant frustration and financial inconvenience. What makes this experience even more disappointing is the stark contrast in customer service. During the purchase process, the salesperson was prompt and responsive, but once the sale was finalized, the communication and service became nonexistent. Messages are now ignored, and there seems to be no accountability. I am beyond frustrated with this lack of professionalism and follow-through. This is not the level of service one expects when making such a significant purchase.

Poor service and communication. Couldn’t get hold of the service department and receptionist from the start. I asked multiple times to send the invoice and quotation via email, which I didn’t receive. Once I tried to pay at the facility the invoice was incorrect and I had to wait more than an hour and a half at the facility to receive a new invoice. No communication whatsoever from their side. Very poor service.

Friendly and professional service. when booking your vehicle for service, you are asked if there is anything else to be attended to. they offer you coffee/water and provide you with transportation to your destination. when other unmentioned defeats are detected, they call and advise you accordingly. when you vehicle is ready, they come fetch you and go through the work done with you before handover. if you not happy, they call a technician to advise you until you happy.
