This place is awful. The manager is ****** and arrogant.

Don't buy a VW from them. I trusted them with my car's first service, and they messed up big time—they forgot the oil cap. For three months, I drove around with a potentially life threatening problem because I trusted them.

My family and I could have died. They wouldn't even apologize. I can't afford a lawyer, so they get away with it.

It's dehumanizing.
