Somebody dont do their work?

I am really struggling, is their any respect for the high decision by Judge Collis. J, case nr2023-121885 roll nr 8, its now two years i waitng for my medical money of the first invoice of R85000 00 plus interest, Mrs Piillay was helping me nicely but nothing happend and in July 2024 i had a major operation of my back because the Prof Kelley said i was busy to be paralyze and a urgent operation was needed, i was 11 hours in operation where my heart standing an communication because the operation should be 5 hours, by netcare Alberton, i am still in the bed and walk very weak and off balance because biokonetics wants first their money before they gonna help me, also physio need money and then i got blacklistedby the most medical institutions, i try to do exercise but i cant do it right and i am really tired to lie in my bed, now the judge ruled to pay all my money our of the delayed by RAF and January 2023, judge Collins Rules that my money must been pay out togethet with my first invoice and the second one of R97000, 00 Of the date of the Pretoria High court stamp on the 23 January 10 days must my money been paid, today its the 11 March 2024 nothing happened, e-mail my advocate Modise Gabriel of VZLR, he answered two emails of mine, and told him that you can speak to the Director of RAF or to the secretary of judge Collis, j, because thetes no more respect, they must been punished by the High Court, we have to respect them, i got 100%of the damage because of a foreigner who not even have lice was drive in front of me in a highway, my wife was also in the car, really my life is over and feel every day that i get sicker by the day of my financial situation, and they just do nothing more, i write again 2 email to Mr Modise but mo answers, must i go to Carte Blanche, or to sed the secretary of Judge Collis.
