The worst Electronic workshop Ever
Never take your car there those whites are hungry for money and unprofessional. They charge according to what their head is saying. I went there for coding which is R1200 and the car didn't not respond. Only to diagnose the car with a faulty fuse. The diagnosis is R450 but the guy started by charging R1800. I refused to pay such for R5 fuse . He then demanded R1200 just to diagnose and replace a R5 fuse for the car. I was charged that amount for a less than 20 minutes job. I will never step my foot there again. According to me they dont even deserve one Star, I even offered to pay R800 imagine.

29 Sept 2025, 14:00Good day. We are very sorry you feel that way. But let us just explain why we charged R1200 Inc. Vat. Diagnostic I did not charge the R450 excl vat. It was included in the R1200 Inc. Vat. my people left all the work that they were busy with. Just to assist you. Earlier in the day You spoke to me on the Phone telling me that the amp you bought just needed coding to work. We proved you wrong. Like I did explain on the phone to you. We still did fault finding. Tested the power supply to the amp. You told me fuses were good; we did find a faulty fuse. Got the Amp to work. And coded the amp. Our tools cost money. You were not overcharged. I believe other workshops will agree with Us. You paid for time spend and our 25 years of working on BMW's.

They went in to charge me for coding the amplifier for R450? And we know very well they didn't even code the car. Please refer to the invoice they have provided me with. Hence, I repeat to say they dont do an honest job. Your guy started by charging me R1800 imagine. No wonder they were insisting that I leave the car, so that tomorrow they can charge me a crazy amount. I even called the owner to explain the situation but didn't help.
