On 26 Feb 2024 I ordered a cupcake dog bed. They phoned to let my know that the bed was out of stock but will receive stock in April. I have not yet received the bed and they do not respond to any calls or mails. I have previously ordered from them, no problem. Do not know what to do any more.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I placed an order on the 26th May 2024, received the acknowledgement of receipt and payment along with the reference number. That was the last time I heard anything from them. I have sent multiple emails to every email address I can find for them, have tried phoning their contact numbers and messaging on their watsapp line and nothing. No acknowledgement of contact or responses. For someone who had to stretch the budget to afford the product, I am angry and frustrated at the total lack of response.

ordered online in March 2024 was placed on back order as i was informed they had no stock after the website said there was stock. still today haven't received my order and no response to my emails and no answer to phone calls. Stay away from Waggs

Absolutely disgusting service. I bought 2 dog training collars worth R10 000. waiting for it and payment has been made on 17 April 2024. I cant get hold of them now. the last time I got hold of them 2 weeks ago they would have got stock in within the next 2 days and send me the tracking details. 2 weeks later and still waiting. Dont know if it is a **** or what. heard people uses them but no luck for me. stay away.

I have ordered a dog collar 12 May and there is absolutely no communication or feedback from this company. You can't even get hold of them. I think I have been ****med. Stay away !!!
